Sometimes it might appear that Achiiva is not working. If this happens check if the logo is moving as per the video below.

1. If it is, then it could be either that you have a slow or compromised mobile connection. Give it a bit more time and see if the situation resolves itself.

2. If the logo is not moving or absolutely nothing is happening it could mean you have lost your internet connection. (You should get an error Message if you lose all connection.)

If the problem persists you could take one of the following courses of action;
a. If you are using a wifi network, try switching to mobile data.
b. If you are using mobile data ensure you have signal.
c. Exit and restart the app.
