Step 1 – Click the bottom right hand Menu (three bars) and select Connections


Step 2 – Any pending invitations to Coaches or Client will appear here under two headings:

  • Invitations sent To Registered Users
  • Email Invites sent from Achiiva

Things to know;
• Sometimes you might invite someone to use Achiiva using one of their email addresses (eg. A work email) and they register to use Achiiva using another email (eg. A private email). They will go through the normal process to connect with you in the app but you will find that there is a pending invitation because Achiiva could not match their email address. If this happens (and you have connected to them in the app) you can delete the pending invitation by hitting the red delete button. This will not affect your connection.
