Whilst you can change your username at any time we don’t recommend you do it too often as you may confuse your Coach or Client. Remember that usernames are visible to your Coach and Clients so make sure it is something you would want them to see.

To change your username;

Step 1 – Log into Achiiva

Step 2  – Click the menu button and the profile button.

Step 3 – Click on the username section under the account details headline.

Step 3 – This will bring up a popup screen. Select your username and edit it as appropriate.

Step 4 – click update account.

 

If the username is already taken you will receive an error Message and you will need to try again.
